45 second animation clip

Please read the attachment for the scenario. I would like to produce an animated clip based on this. 45 seconds is a guideline - it can be slightly longer or shorter.
It is intended to be used by an educational institution for a marketing purposes, hence let's stick to conservative themes.
All rights of the end product need to be assigned to the Practical Trading School OÜ, Estonia.
