Would you like to help us combine two web brand identities into a simple style guide

Information for the business: We develop business software
Design details: We primarily develop software for businesses using Microsoft technologies. So, we would like our branding to be recognisably similar to Microsoft’s.

Our website (www.redrocksoftware.com.au) needs some changes to reflect this, so we would like your assistance to create a short style guide of about 2 – 4 pages. We want to -

1) Combine colour scheme from
a )The NAB style guide with
b) The Microsoft Visual Identity
c) to create about a 4 page style guide for our web developers to use

2) Alter current logo colours and fonts to match new colours and save as vector image of
a) simple logo and
b) logo with company name

We would like to create the style guide with:
Title, H1, H2, H3, body text
Colour Palette:
• Black
• Red
• Dark Red
• White
• Dark Grey - body text
• Light Grey - headings
• Yellow - rare highlights
Content to include: Logo, Logo with company name and a short style guide
Ideas for the visual style: See notes
