Urgent Design Work Needed- 24 Hours Turnaround

I am an estate agent in the UK and I urgently require a graphic designer with a fast turnaround time and an understanding or basic knowledge of the UK estate agency industry.

My agency is preparing for an important meeting with a property developer next week. We are planning to expand our work on land and new home projects, and need professional designs to showcase our capabilities.

Here's a breakdown of the design work required:

Banner Design: We need a visually engaging 8ft x 2ft banner to be placed around the development site. The banner must include images (which will be provided) from a previous development we sold and clearly indicate that the new development is for sale. The design should be in line with typical UK estate agency advertising.

V Board Design: A V board, larger than a typical estate agent board, is required once the development is completed. The design should mirror the banner on two sides of a 3ft x 3ft board.

Brochure Front Page Design: A front page of a brochure is needed for advertising the new builds, which should maintain the same theme as the banner and V board.

Once these designs are completed, I would like them to be superimposed onto images I will provide. The brochure cover should be edited onto a picture of someone holding a brochure. The banner should be edited onto a picture of a UK new build site boarding (the actual property doesn't need to be visible). The V board should be superimposed on an image I will provide of a new build. It's important that these images appear realistic, professionally done, and not look edited.

The goal of this project is to demonstrate our capabilities to the developer, with the hope that we secure a contract for this development. If successful, we would like to continue working with the chosen designer to create the actual designs for this development.

Design aesthetics should be simple and not overly complicated. We prefer a minimalistic use of colours and will provide a list of our brand colours, various PNG logos, and a link to our new website for design reference.
