PDF recreation in English

I have four scans of a Japanese brochure. I have the English translation of the content. I need someone to recreate the Japanese scan's layout and insert the English text within 48 hours. (12 noon May 22, 2014, JST)

Some instructions:

There are 3 files for each of the 4 parts of the job. Right now, only part 1 is complete (the hardest one).

The 3 files are.
A PDF file (the original Japanese)
A Word file (the English translation)
A JPEG file named "Numbering" that connects the translations to their proper boxes).

Each of the files that make up the group will have the same number at the beginning of the file name.

Please replace parts 1 to 5 and submit this as a sample, and I will select from one of those.

Also let me know how long it will take you to complete this job (the other files are easier that this first one).
