I need professional and original gift vouchers & website banner

Design details: Hello there
I run a small business producing jewellery and affordable gifts, and I would like to be able to offer gift vouchers.

I am looking for two sets of vouchers to be designed (3 vouchers per set):

1. A general use voucher in denominations of £10, £20 and £50
2. A Christmas gift voucher, again in denominations of £10, £20 and £50

I am looking for funky, upbeat designs. I would like the designs to tie in with my branding and will let you know which fonts and colours I use and supply logos. I will also supply the wording for the vouchers.

I don't want the vouchers to contain any of my product images as I want them to be generic.

However I DO NOT want the vouchers to have been taken of one of the online voucher creation websites!

I would like the vouchers to be approx 10.5cm by 15.5 cm when printed, and delivered to me in a printable format such as PDF, as well as the originals.

I would also like a banner designed for my website advertising that I have vouchers available, size 920px x 146 px I will give you more info about this, and also one for my Facebook page (Facebook header dimensions)

When you send a proposal, please could you supply me with a couple of examples of similar design work you have completed. Please could you also let me know how long you would take to produce the work.
