I need a business card to be reproduced

I need the attached layout for a business card to be reproduced into a printable file (preferably a pdf) which is 85mm x 55mm plus 3mm bleed.

In reproducing the attached concept I require the designer to incorporate good typography and demonstrate design expertise.

It will require the designer to reproduce the attached logo (blue background) to both apply to the business card and provide as a separate large file for future use (print quality).
