Design details: Postcard: 105 x 148 mm. I have attached a template to base it on. We have our own logo which is attached. The banner should be blue and the text 'GUARANTEED RENT FOR LANDLORDS' should be orange. 'NO VOIDS NO FEES NO HASSLE' in white. Website: www.hulian.co.uk. On the back of the card it should say Call Rebecka on 0208 xxx xxxx.
Business card: 85 x 55 mm. I have a template to base it on. Picture will be provided. Rounded corners. Black background front and back. Logo with Company name as attached next to contact details in white. Small text in orange just under 'Hulian' saying 'PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT'. Name and Title in the top right corner. Logo without company name (attached) on back of card along with white text 'Our focus is on making property investments profitable'.
