ASAP - Need photos formatted into PDF and ready to print

Hello, I need a kind of quick project:
We need 50 images created into a document - preferably PDF AND an editable version in case of any mistakes -- like the example. The challenges: It must be 8.5x11 but only prints 6x8 to fit into a frame with a matte.
Please ask any questions if that doesn't make sense. More details:
1) Attached is one example, in word, of how the final should look BUT the picture/image area must be centered to 6x8 on an 8.5x11 piece of paper
2) You will have the attached filed and images to create each image
3) You will Match the name and photo (changing the name each time and inserting the correct photo). Photos are uploaded, names will be provided upon selection of a contractor.
4) the final file -- I think - should be a PDF of 50 printable images - but if there is another file format you believe would work better, I'm all ears.

Need this as soon as possible today, Sunday September 15 in the US. Need at the latest by 5 PM EST in the US.

Need someone with meticulous attention to detail who can be sure there are no. misspellings, who double checks that EACH image is correct an dis not cut-off or have other errors.
