Amend a business card template

Hello,
We have a new employee for whom I need to create a business card.
We have a business card template in adobe illustrator.
The only details which need to be updated are his name, mobile number, title and email address. If I provide you with the template and his contact details, would you be able to create a business card for him using adobe illustrator?
I'd also like to proof the work before we pay and we would require you to send me the AI file and the PDF file of his business card as well. Please let me know if you agree to this.
This is urgent and needs to be done within the next couple of hours.
