Experience Level: Entry
Design details: - I have a word document below - you can see it is a checklist and a comment box -IDEALLY i would like it all on ONE page - all boxes should be able to be free typing - I would like our new logo to replace existing one - I do not really like the boxes for address and dates - so be creative - I need all the info on there, but feel free to lay it out differently - IF it has to go on two pages that is ok, BUT I would rather it doesn't.
