Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
Description:
Information for the business: We are a pre start up working on designs for our projected product offering
Industry: Healthcare
Design details: We are currently planning a new business offering temporary medical facilities based inside shipping containers.
Between the founders we have over 30 years of medical, engineering and portable solutions, however we do not possess the required CAD skills!
The 1st design will be for a facility situated in a converted 40ft long Hi Cube ISO shipping container, it will have one consultation room + a waiting room + a reception room.
The 2nd design will be for a similar facility situated in a custom built unit (2.9M wide x 18.6M long, similar in construction to a shipping container), it will have two consulting rooms, an entrance/reception area and a waiting room.
The 3rd design will be for a facility situated in a pair of 40ft long Hi Cube ISO shipping container (side by side), one container will hold a corridor + various ancillary rooms / cupboards, the other container will have space for six beds.
We already have a rough 2D CAD drawing to work from as a basis but this should be taken as no more than a basis i.e. the new CAD work will be from scratch. This drawing is the level of detail we need
This project may well suit a mechanical product type designer e.g. AutoCAD or someone from an architectural background e.g. Autodesk Revit.
We will also further be looking for: 3D drawings of both the inside and outside of the three designs (this will be posted as another job in due course) and also separately a 3D photo realistic render of the 2nd Design
We already have reasonable lists of fixtures, finishes, lighting, air-con, electrical and other equipment to be fitted within etc etc. And who / what these items are. Where CAD drawings of these item cannot be found from the manufacturers then similar items may be substituted from drawings from “GrabCAD” or similar.
The product idea is similar to the American product "Clinic in a Can" although the design will be higher end and targeted at a UK / Europe model.
Ideas for the visual style: Modern, Fresh, clinical
Urls to draw inspiration from: http://www.clinicinacan.org/#media-resources
Extra notes: Any further information in general supplied by ourselves would be supplied under a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) to be signed by both parties.
Shown in the samples box is the type of drawing we are looking for, the level of detail and an example of the sort of design "sketch" that will have to be worked from.
