URGENT - 2d CAD drawing

I need an AutoCAD technician, that can take an excel list of lab equipment with dimensions & draw up a 2d rectangle to the correct dimensions for each piece of equipment from the excel sheet. Does not need to be in 3d. The rectangles need to be solid shaded & have text in the box with item number, whether it is bench or floor mounted & height (eg 1. bench, 700h) & then each rectangle/piece of equipment with the shading & text grouped together (does not need to be made into a block). Items will need to be on 2 different layers - one for existing equipment & one for new equipment. An Autocad dwg will be provided with examples of what is required. Have been let down by someone else & need this urgently for Friday morning, UK time. Excel sheet uploaded, so you can see how many items need to be drawn up - all the ones with numbers next to them that have EE, NE, SE or SN - approx. 159 items. an image of how I need each item to look also attached. takes me approx. 1minute to do each item, so maybe 3-4 hours work allowing a bit of flex.
