I need full-plan building regulations drawings to split a Class E ground-floor shop and first-floor space into two separate units. The ground floor will remain a shop and upstairs will be an office. The office has clear and simple separate access. About 110m2 on the ground floor and 85m2 on top floor.
I will only consider specialists based in UK and who have PI insurance.
I will have cad plans ready along with simple point cloud scan

    Could you please confirm whether a change-of-use application has already been approved, or if the building regulations drawings will need to support that process as well?
