Turnkey autocad one page at a time, building plans and floor plans for marketing

Information for the business: I build apartments, need someone to put my hand drawing in to autocad
Design details: Knowing about building plans will make this job easier to you. I never pay anyone by the hour but do pay one page at a time. I would send you a clearly hand drawn plan with dimensions, and you would send it back in a DWG file and a PDF. I would own all rights to the drawing but pay you too. Best way is for me to send you the plan and you tell me the price.
Ideas for the visual style: just put it in autocad, you are not designing
Things to avoid: must be able to send real autocad compatible files
Extra notes: if you got a legit civil engineer stamp for the state of texas, I got a bigger project, reach to me.
