Trinity Close - Flood Risk Assessment

A flood risk assessment is required.

This is to be submitted as a supporting document for a new planning application for the site shown on the attached drawing. The new site plan is available in dwg format as will the new proposed plans and elevations once they have been drawn.

The previous application had been drawn up with incorrect site boundaries, hence the need for this new application. The other attached drawings show the incorrect site plan and the previously proposed building. These are currently being re-drawn to fit on the new site plan, but will be very similar in size and location.

The successful bidder must have good experience of producing flood risk assessments for planning applications.
