This project involves analysing and refining the stand layout for two trade fair marquees, ensuring optimal space utilisation, accessibility, walkways, and fire safety compliance. The marquees measure 15m x 50m Clearspan Marquee, with various stand sizes ranging from 6ft to 15ft. The goal is to optimise the middle stands, which currently have a depth of 5ft, to include a variety of stand sizes while maintaining accessibility and fire safety regulations. The project requires reviewing the marquee plans, assessing space utilisation, defining stand dimensions, ensuring gangways are wide enough, and incorporating fire exits. The deliverable is a detailed floor plan with precise measurements and a clear layout. The freelancer must have a good understanding of the requirements and be able to deliver an accurate solution.
