Structural engineer spec for Loft conversion

I am having a draftsman draw the buliding regulation drawings for a loft conversion in a 1950s semi. I require the structural engineers input for the drawings. The job must e complete by Wednesday. Can you do without seeing the house based on the attached drawings? You are welcome to visit if necessary. The attached Planning 2 file has the actual whole house and proposal and the Proposal3 file has the interior of the attic plan.
