Structural design and building regulations package

I am looking for an outline quote based on the following:
I require structural evaluation and design for various alterations to a residential property compliant with UK building regulations.
This will include:
The most cost efficient structural design for a vaulted thatch roof which has 2 ridge heights.
Design of a small side extension foundation, (most likely a raft) and the wood frame and masonry walls that will sit on it
Design 1 beam for opening in blockwork wall
Design 3 simple window lintels ( 2 in block work, 1 in proposed extension)
Evaluation of an existing conservatory structure to confirm that it can support a lightweight replacement roof and solar panels.
Evaluation of an existing car port structure to assess its suitability for supporting solar panels. If not design a wood frame that can.
Evaluate replacing an engineered horizontal ceiling truss roof with a vaulted roof structure from within and without removing the external tiles. If possible design the most cost efficient structure to do this. (Sistering rafters and new ridge beam, etc)
Parts of this house are old and very wonky and whilst it is not listed, work is likely to be scrutinized by the local conservation officer so revisions may be necessary, therefore an ongoing collaboration would be desirable.
Ideally, these structural calculations and drawings should be accompanied by UK building regulation application drawings for a 2 storey 105m² residential property
I will consider separate structural design and building regulation application proposals only if you can demonstrate particular expertise in thatched or historic buildings .
I will supply planning drawings, photos, sketches and any information required to assist you in this project.
Please provide likely commencement and timescale for this work .
