Structural Calcs and Drawings

Hello,

Please find attached planning drawings for a dormer extension for which I require the structural cals and drawings.

Some comments to consider when doing the designs please, if you could please bear these in mind:-

- Existing floors 4 x 2. Put timber in the steel and drop between the 4x2 in the ceiling. Structural - Tight head heights - Don't have to use a 152x152 steel
- It can be a 203x203 or whatever but it needs to be only 1 steel at the front of the property, that’s it! no more floor steels.
- Then from that steel we jiffy hanger the timber joists to that stee and hang them down low and then see support them of spine wall and rear wall for the span.
