Steel frame calculations & foundation loading calculations

Structural calculations required for a residential cut and carve, taking out internal walls to rear of property and across back.

Suitably qualified and chartered Structural Engineer with commensurate Professional Indemnity Insurance required to justify the design for steel beams, columns with connections, and foundation loadings and calculations for pad and strip foundations.

Please advise of when you would be able to issue, as Contractor requires the steel frame confirmed so steel can be put on order. We also require to know if you are VAT registered.

All information provided will need to be confirmed to the satisfaction of Building Control (which take 7 clear days), upon which payment will be made in full.
