Sketch, Elevations, Street Scene and floor plan for a 4 bedroom detached house

Hi All,

I need a sketch for a 4 bedroom detached house. At the moment, I have the measurement of the plot and what the size of the building should be in terms of footprint.


What do I need ?

* The proposed house will be in the green marked area, a depth of 9600mm and a width of 7mm
* A Sketch of the proposed house scale 1:200
* The proposed house and a few of the other houses next to it, (I will provide a picture and a sketch can be done of the new house and the existing houses together)
* Outline of the proposed new house (sketch what you are looking at when looking from the sky, where you have rectangles showing houses, boundary lines , roads, paths etc Google map can help here and I have some pictures also)
* Height of the proposal shown ( This should be 5051 from the ground to the soffit, and from the ground to the highest point of the roof should be 8331. The ground is not sloppy, its flat


What the house must have.

* A bay window on ground and first floor.
* Hip roof to support the formation of a room in the loft
* The rear of the 2 houses shown in the site layout will be gardens covered in grass.


Who am I looking for ?

* I will also prefer someone who I can speak to on the phone to explain the requirement, unless they are sure that they understand the requirement.
* Someone who has worked on plans in the UK.
* If sending me quotes, please ensure you provide details of work you have done in the UK or similar types of work you have done before.

I will need this completed within 5-7 days
