Revit steel structural and mep project

yesterday I had a conversation with the arquitects for the revit project and they will send me the idea, this will be a mix construction of reinforced concrete basement for the carparking and floor slab then a steel structure and finally a modular construccion so aparntly stage one is to design properly the basement with the conection to the mains and the dry type transformer
So stage one is to get the basement with the carparking etc. to LOD 300 and all the MEPs from revit and naviswork to be all created and ready, problem is they have not given me any info in structure wall thickness etc so far but so you have an idea,
then second stage is the appartments and aparently they are going to be modular so the first floor is the same as all the rest above so it would be copy and paste on each floor and then the naviswork on each but no idea at the present as the arquitects are not sure 100% on the design that is on the revit file attached
