Revit drawings for building, based on a finished AutoCAD drawing

Design details: Based on a finished AutoCAD drawing and plot, we need a building drawn using Revit. The requirements are as follows:

1. Floorplan, room plans, and section drawn in 1:50
2. Two callout views, one between foundation and floor, the other between roof and outer wall in 1:10
3. Two/three relevant schedules/quantities - free choice
4. Dimensions on all drawings

NOTE: Drawings must be done in METRIC.

Sadly, the AutoCAD drawing was draw using imperial measurements. Therefore, the AutoCAD drawing is to be used as a reference only. We would like the freelancer to adjust the measuements to metric, and feel free to adjust them to be more "round numbers". Example: If a wall is 8' in the AutoCAD drawing, which is approx 2.43 meters, please make the wall 2.5 meters instead. Feel free to adjust the design, as this project is merely for a community competition.
