Required a person for construction company

Hello, I am an independant consultant in the construction sector and am looking for a suitable person to work with a small, well established construction company based in Acton London W3. An ability to produce full working drawings, including some M&E experience, on Auto CAD together with up to date knowledge of building regulations and design experience is essential.
