Require building warrant drawings for bedroom conversion and en-suite

Require full set of drawings to be done to secure building warrant consent from Dundee City Council in Scotland.
Wish to convert cloakroom/utility room into a studio flat unit with showeroom, toilet, sink, single bedroom, micro kitchen and living area. Also in different part of house to convert existing en-suite into two back to back shower rooms with toilet and sinks.
It is important that you are fully conversant with current building regulations in Scotland and can evidence that.
I can supply PDF drawing of existing layout, with photographs.
Payment will be made 50% when drawings submitted to satisfaction of Dundee City Council, and 50% when building warrant receives approval from Dundee City Council.
