Reconfiguration of PD Drawings to comply with max 40 m3 cubic

In 2017 I applied for a loft conversion and rear extension which was declined because the extra volume of space capped at 40 cubic meters under PD was not calculated correctly as follows Rear Roof extension

4.18m wide x 3.39 metres deep x 2.385m high / 2 = 19.1 cubic metres


Second floor extension

4.706m deep x 3.109m wide x 2.524m high = 36.92 cubic metres

4.706m deep x 3.109m wide x 0.607m high / 2 = 4.44 cubic metres

= 41.36 cubic metres

A new proposal was created by my Architect but ii not use space wisely and was not submitted PD911B

Based upon the CAD files PD911A file provided which consist of the rejected proposal and revised we require these to be amended to "copy cat" identically the house opposite in terms of scheme, and especially the breakout in calculation of dormer and mansard on the main roof and the pod on the outrigger per last page of 1147Gilstead PD file attached for house opposite

we only required the proposed drawings and elevations as we have existing already
we not require an application to be submitted just drawings to be amended to accompany application
