Quantity Surveyor required for New Build House

Design details: Hello

I am building a new 3-bed, 2-story house and require a quantity surveyor to use the floorplans and elevations I will supply to produce a detailed schedule of all the materials, fixtures and fittings, etc. required to complete the project.

The walls and studwork have already been completed, so those calculations are not required. A comprehensive list of quantities are required for the following (and possibly a few other areas I haven't noted but will become apparent during the process):

FLOORS
- Floor Insulation
- Underfloor heating pipe
- Underfloor heating clips
- Floor screed
- Floor tiling

WALLS / CEILINGS
- Internal dry-lining (walls and ceilings)
- Internal lime plastering
- Internal gypsum plastering
- External render
- Wall insulation
- Sockets
- Light switches
- Lights
- Ironmongery
- Fence panels
- Doors
- Paint
- Skirting
- Stop beads
- Profiles

ELECTRICS
- Light switches
- Wall lights
- Low-level lights
- Sockets
- Shaver points

JOINERY
- Doors (different dimensions)

PLUMBING
- Taps
- Basins
- Sinks

Each of these headings (and the others I have missed) should be broken down by category, by room and by wall, and produced in Microsoft Excel or similar, so it can easily be sorted by different columns (Category, room, wall, etc.).
