Product Drawing Height Barrier

We are needing an urgent site specific drawing for a height restriction barrier. I have attached a hand sketch of the barrier we need a drawing for, and I have also attached a sample drawing (drawing footer example) which shows the footer company details needed on the drawing.
The material specification is:
Upright hinge posts: 100x100mm Steel box section
Horizontal ladder: 60x60mm steel box section
Base plate: 400x400x8mm
