Prepare construction drawing for a kitchen renovation project

Hello,
I need an architect with ability to draw in Autocad and knowledge of UK building regulations to prepare construction drawing set for a simple renovation project (kitchen replacement with one wall removal).
Information that I provide:
- existing floor plan in dwg file
- photos of the site
- proposed details/guidance on the desired specification

Required output:
1. Proposed floor plan in 1:50 scale (include wall construction, electrical sockets/switches etc)
2. Two sections through the room 1:50 scale (A & B)
3. Kitchen design (layout with dimensions) to meet the requirements:
[8 x cupboards, minimum 3 dining spaces, cooker, oven, sink with double bowl, minimum 1.5m worktop width, boiler position]
