Plans from scan data

I need someone that is conversant with working with AutoCAD recap and laser scan data point clouds for ongoing work. they need to be able to draw floor plans from this data. Examples of the sort of output equired are attached although we will not need all the small power lighting and furniture.

I am looking for someone that I can agree a good rate for and the work will be ongoing. We survey about 8-10 projects a week.
