Planning permission, building regulations, bid document and builder contract

I'm looking for help with a Grade 2 listed building extension project -
I need someone to use my existing planning drawings, Finalise them with changes to windows to bring in period features as requested by westminster Council.
Submit planning application (liaising until approval);
Amend as needed for planning application;
Prepare Building Control drawings and 3D drawings;
Obtain building control approval;
Amend Statement of works (I have a statement of works already, but want something a lot more detailed to enable me to specify in greater detail)
Bid document and contract with the builder with detailed delivery and payment terms built in.

At the end I would need CAD files all drawings including 3D drawings.

My requirement is for someone who is knowledgable and keen and willing to go the extra mile. Relevant experience in Grade 2 listed buildings and Basement works would be advantageous.

Should this work proceed well, I may engage you for supervising the works.
