Planning Drawings for 1197 sq ft unit for Change of Use Planning Application

Description: I am applying for a change of use for a rectangular 111 sqm (14.7m X 7.6m) unit which is currently in shell condition.

The proposed layout is very simple with essentially a floor, ceiling and three (3mX5m) rooms against one of the side walls being constructed. For the application I need some simple planning drawings to illustrate the build I will be undertaking. I have a simple plan view of the proposed build to share.
