Planning Drawing to accompany an application

Design details: I need the following planning drawings produced via CAD to accompany a Change of Use application from a B1 office and Commercial Training Centre to D1 residential institutions Church use.

Proposed Foorplans
Car Park Drawings
External Elevations (existing and Proposed
Block Plan
Design and Access Report

Please see attached property details and floor plans provided by the agent. Architect may need to be London based to be able to go to site to a measured survey.

Regarding layout we are looking to maximise space and include the following spaces

Main Church Hall
Junior/Children's Church
Office
AV Room ( off the main church hall)
Kitchen and Toilet facilities (existing)
Storage facilities
Chairlift at entrance for disabled access

These should be as visual as possible i.e where will the stage go the chairs,desks etc
I will also need the information required to fill in Page 6 question 18 of the attached council application form
Ideas for the visual style: I am open to suggestions
