Extra notes: I need drawings to support a planning application for a 20 ft x 20 ft garage.

Specifically:

Send a replacement location plan at a scale of 1:1250 or 1:2500 with the site area outlined in red and any other land in the same ownership/control outlined in blue. This should also show the scale used and which way is north. (Please note that we cannot accept copies of Land Registry plans because this would breach Crown Copyright. Location plans may be purchased on line via the Planning Portal.)

Send a replacement block plan at a scale of 1:500 or site plan at a scale of 1:200 that clearly shows the proposal in context with existing buildings, structures, boundaries and roads. This should also show the scale used, a scale bar and one significant measurement.

Send me proposed floor plans. These should be to a scale of 1:50 or 1:100. These should show what each room will be used for, the scale used, a scale bar and one significant measurement.

Send me proposed elevation drawings. These should be to a scale of 1:50 or 1:100. These should show the ground level, finished floor levels, the scale used, a scale bar and one significant measurement.

The drawings attached are my own versions which do not meet planning requirements - hopefully very obvious from these.
