Plan/drawings checking

Hi,

I need someone to check accuracy of architectural drawings on a regular basis. The drawings are for extensions to residential properties in the UK. They need thorough checking for basic errors, things like:
- windows/doors missing
- elevations not corresponding to plans or sections
- labels spelt incorrectly
- many other basic errors which I can provide instructions for checking

I need someone to do this on a regular basis and at short notice between 7am and 10pm UK time.

I attach an example drawings so you can understand what you'll be working with.

I expect it to be around 15 minutes for a skilled person to check and markup one set of drawings for basic errors. I can offer 5 - 10 projects per week for checking but for now will offer 2 projects at price of £6. If all goes well then it might be possible to agree a £20/week retainer for checking drawings (provided you were available at the right times at short notice to do the checks).
