Pc repair tool

i'd like to design a prying tool for opening laptops made of metal created using the cnc milling process. what is the minimum thickness of metal that would remain reasonably rigid when a reasonable force is applied to it (about the same as that of a bottle opener on a bottle top). i currently have a prying tool that has a blade thickness of 0.35mm. i would like to go thinner than that
