Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Creation of inventor assemblies for importing into Revit.
We are a modern methods of construction company, with manufacturing and a development arm. There is a current project which evolves the company from building in a fundamentally conventional method to building large-scale panels that are preconfigured with MEP/boxing in and battening.
Revit is used by our internal architects but has limitations, we are looking to build components and subassemblies in Inventor and potentially fully assemble a house in this environment before moving across into Revit.
Stage I of this project is taking our standard panel range and producing parametric models of these and the splines that interconnect them
stage II is creating a house shell using the created panels and splines. (Sketch up model of layout provided)
