Experience Level: Intermediate
I am building a small scale gasifier and I want some amendments to the initial plan. I attach a short video. It was made in solidworks.
I made a draft in tinkercad as it's easy for me to use and be able to demonstrate what I need.
It is fabricated with threaded metal pipe fittings and no weld at all. There are also few stove pipe parts.
The maximum space for construction is 1 mtrs long x 0.5 mtr wide x 1 mtr height

So what is a gasifier? It's an incomplete combustion of biomass (wood, pellet, etc) that under high temperature and restricted oxygen, produces a flammable gas (syngas) that will be used to operate an internal combustion engine and particularly a generator.
Please let me know if you are interested in this project and If you have a budget in mind. ( I would like unlimited revisions, until I am satisfied with the design)
