MEP Project Take off and create a bill of quantities (BoQ)

We are looking for someone that can use the drawings to create a bill of quantities for a new project.

There is roughly 4/5 drawings per each section as there is 4 floors + Roof but you can just give them back to us in each section as I have down below: (all drawings counted together)

Please can you perform a take-off on the attached M&E elements:

Electrical Services Tab

- Low and High Level Containment (please make sure the different sizes of the same tray is taken into account)
- Proposed Fire Alarm
- Proposed Security Alarm / CCTV
- Door Access Control
- Proposed Emergency Voice Communications Diagram
- Distribution Schedule 1190 SCH 60 01_0 (Please list board types, and how many MCB’s, RCBO’s & what type / rating they are they are for each DB)


Mechanical Services Tab

- Above Ground Drainage
- Proposed Water Services
- Proposed Cooling Layouts
- Proposed Heating Services
- Proposed Ventilation Services

We require this to be completed within 3 days.
