Mechanical Design Help Needed

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to help me with a project. You are required to have good knowlege and experience of mechanical design, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

In short, I am looking to design a mechanism similar to that of a hydraulic door closer.

This is only one component of the product I am designing, I will likely need help with product design and cad animations to show how it works.
