Mechanical components of a mini hydro turbine

Looking for persons with both 2D drawing and 3D modelling skills. The design must be based around standard commercially available water pipe (to keep manufacturing cost low). Must include a generator that should be attached to the upper portion of the shaft and covered for protection. A detail model should not be done but should be realistic. More details can be provided if interested.
