Make Solidworks part 3D modeling

Hi I have an Stl file that I need a simple modification on,. I also need to have 3D printer supports built so that I can print some simple prototypes on my replicator 2 3D Printer. Right now some long extensions can't print correctly. I need the circular inner opening changes from 1.9 inch to 1.65 inch. Not the cylinder but the other 1.9 inch opening. This is the only file I have. I am looking for someone to work with longterm and will have lots more work coming. LEt me know your hourly rate and experience with plastic injection modeling modeling.
