Landscape Design: Garden, Driveway for a neoclassical house

Design details: for a construction of a detached house, I need a designer for the garden on the back (north elevation) and front of the house (south elevation).. this will include patio on the back, driveway on the front and planting plan aroun the house.

on the west elevation, there is a wooden fence allong the boundary which ideally should be hidden by the plants, trees that are to be planted. another target for the west elevation is that there are overlooking from the neighbouring houses. here ideally, either tall hedges, or ideally mature trees can be planted (3-4m to start with)
The style of the house is modern neoclassic, so the garden should fit the style of a more formal apperiacene.

on the fron there should be as little as possible place used by the driveway (constructed) with cobble stone) , rest with grass and around the boundaries, with trees or hedges.
