1) SYSTEM LAYOUT (Top View) — GA-001-TV
Purpose
Shows the three free-standing modules and recommended user zone spacing.
Geometry (place in CAD)
Create three blocks/symbols:
• HPM-1(Hand Post Module one)
• HPM-2 (Hand Post Module two)
• FPM (Foot Platform Module)
These coordinates define the recommended starting arrangement only. Add dashed alternate positions.
Footprints (in top view)
HPM base footprint :
• Preferred V1: circular base Ø450
• Draw circle Ø450 at each HPM centre.
FPM base footprint:
• Rectangular base 700×500

2) HAND POST MODULE (HPM) — FRONT ELEVATION — GA-001-HPM-FE
Purpose
Defines height range, key interfaces, and swivel handle callout.
HPM overall height range
• Min handle pivot height: 305 (1 ft)
• Max handle pivot height: 2135 (7 ft)
Note: This is the handle pivot point height from floor , not the top of the post.
HPM base)
• Base diameter: Ø450 (V1 stability default)
• Full-contact non-slip rubber pad
Telescoping post (first-pass sizes)
• Outer tube: SHS (square hollow section)
• Inner tube: SHS (slides inside)
Height lock (V1 recommended)
• Primary lock: 10 mm ball-lock pin through hole pattern
• Secondary: hand clamp knob (anti-rattle)
• Hole pitch (first pass): 50 mm increments
• Show a typical hole zone spanning 305–2135 mm up the outer tube.
Swivel handle assembly (critical feature)
• One handle per post
• Handle pivot point located on a bracket attached to the inner tube so it moves with height.
• Handle pivot point offset from post centerline: +120 mm (X direction) so knuckles clear the post.
• Bracket vertical position = pivot height range 305–2135.
Free-swivel callout text (must be on GA):
Handle rotates freely 360° No indexed rotation.
Handle dimensions (to show on GA)
• Grip length: 150mm
• Grip diameter: 30–35 (reference only)
• Clearance circle around handle (dashed): 200mm “sweep zone”

Purpose
Defines base, column, height range, and platform size.
FPM platform top height range
• Min platform top height: 305mm
• Max platform top height: 1220mm
FPM base
• Base footprint (from top view): 700×500mm
• Base thickness placeholder: 80mm overall height (ballast inside)
• Underside: non-slip rubber pads or sheet
FPM telescoping column (first-pass sizes)
• Outer tube: 60×60×3 SHS
• Inner tube: 50×50×3 SHS
Height lock (same approach as HPM)
• 10 mm ball-lock pin + clamp knob
• Hole pitch: 50 mm

Foot platform

• Platform corner radius: R10

Shows platform depth and confirms base depth.

5. “Non-slip floor contact required; no metal-to-floor contact.”
