A small property developer requires real life images for his property website. The properties will be SOLD OFF-PLAN , so the images are what will sell the properties. So they need to be EXCELLENT. Nothing less than excellent. These images need to be high resolution, they will be used in brochures, website and literature.

Real life CAD Images required. Please read the brief attached and have a close look at the inspiration images. PDF Architectural plans will be provided in PDF format.

1. You will produce one internal image first, plus a 3D Floor plan, we gauge quality . If I like the quality opf work and design, we proceed. If not, I look for someone else.
2. You will produce one internal image first , living room , We gauge the quality.

If these two are NOT up to standard, we agree the job moves on to someone else at no cost. It is important we agree on this to avoid problems later on.

I will need to see samples of your previous work.

I will give you samples and guidance on what I expect and design samples.
