Interior design + convert 2D floor plan to 3D model. Incl.furnit

Description:
I have a DWG file created in AutoCAD with a 2D floor plan of a flat - survey of existing. This is a wall outline only.

Step 1:
Complete interior design to include all furniture, any wall adjustments/additions, sockets and switches, appliance positions, door swing/opening direction etc.
Design to be based on Ikea furniture. It is important for the dimensions to match actual furniture sizes such that the design can be replicated on site.

Step 2:
Once furniture positions are agreed the floor plan needs to be converted into a 3D model of the flat that will include furniture, bathroom and kitchen cupboards. The model can be redrawn, if needed, in any software of your choice so long as the dimensional accuracy to 50mm is maintened.
I do not mind how this is achieved but an output similar to what MagicPlan software can generate would be ideal. See example video:

Ideally I would like to have this done no later than Monday 20th.

PNG file showing the exact floor plan that needs to be done attached.

Deliverables:
-DWG file with interior design of the flat (any proposed walls, furniture, sockets, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, doors etc);
-PDF with A3 sheet of the above layout
-3D interactive model that can be viewed online by someone without installing any apps or login requirements
-Screenshots of the 3D model in JPG format (each room from two angles) or a video “walkthrough” of the model, 1 to 2 minutes long.
-Source file of the model that can later be edited if needed with clear information what software (including version) was used to generate the model
