Interior Architect Surveyor designer required?

We are moving into a new lease property and have some renovation/new offices to build. I have done the designs on SketchUp of what I want but these are not technical. So what I need is

Plan to hand over to contractors for them to quote
Advice and solutions/suggestions with the current design
Electrical and lighting plan.
Heating solution for lofted warehouse office

Time scale is very short of 1 to 2 weeks max

I have CAD /survey plans

I have attached some screenshots that will hopefully help you understand

Budget, this is not concrete but a rough guide, please let me know your costs /suggestions
