Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am working one of the product which required mechanical drawing and 3d rendering to visualize how item will move from one place to another place.
I am looking for someone must possess mechanical engineering skill or degree. The reason for this that many part which I am not aware such as different type of gear size and movement can advise and incorporate into design. Knowledge of motors would be advantage.
I am looking for reliable freelancer who can work with this project from start to end as we do believe there will be many addition and changes till we get to work.
The following point are important:
1). You must advice standard mechanical parts to design which should be easily available in the market or outsource easily. In case if standard parts cannot be found you must provide reasonable information to get it outsource.
2). We need 2d/3d drawings
3). Product rending / Visual moving part to see how machine is functioning.
4. Able to create with CNC printer.
The front view of machine image is attached and short detail is below:
As you can see from the drawing they have three main part A, B and C. Machine Part A is processing everything but all the material are stores in Part B and C. Machine part A is been further distributed to A1, A2.. and so on, however all are replicated. Basically what machine A1 is doing mechanically A2 and A3.. will be doing same but different content.
If I press A1 button to process the A1 will call C Machine. The C Machine has multiple columns and each columns has unique item C1 might have something like Rock, and C6 might have cement. So if A1 job is to mix C1 and C6 it call those boxes to deliver to A1. Above the A1 the box boxes have place where they will travel and fit in the A1 box area.
Once C1 and C6 are in A1 panel, A1 will start processing B. Assume B is representing colour boxes, they all contain colour powder and maybe some B boxes has liquid item as well.
Example we want to create orange colour, which required Red + Yellow which could be store B6 + B50 boxes. A1 will send one of its Set4 box from his panel to collect both colours. The box will travel and based on where these colour are located will be travel and collect the powder from that row.
Each B boxes will have mechanical functionality to release correct weight of powder. On B each row has mechanical motor on top of bottle/box which move forth and back, depend on request it press the release button to release the powder on small box which under the bottle moving with motor.
For example B row1 has only on colour store, Red it will put 10grm in the plat and wait for A1 box Set4 to arrive, once the box arrive it will dispose the colour in Set4 box. The Set4 then move to collect yellow colour which we assume it store row 7. Row 7 put the yellow 5gram on plat and will wait for A1 box1 to arrive. Once the box arrive it will be put in the box Set4. Once all the colour is collected the Box Set4 will move back to A1. Currently A1 has 4 Set boxes to send. The box can run in sequence order and move back in same sequence order. So Set1 should return back to Set1 place and Set4 return to Set4 allocated place.
Set1 basically is set of many B collections. Box1 could have (B1 + B5 + B10 + B50).
Set2 can be (B11 + B12 + B49 + B50)
Once we have all the C and B in A1 panel the process of mixing can start. A1 mixer move clock, anti clock and rotate half way up. Once the process is start all the stock material in A1 can drop in A1 on sequence manner.
A need to perform many thing but currently the main requirement is that all Material reaches to A and then drop to A1. The rest for A1 is another work which need detail designing.
This is rough idea what machine is supposed to do, once we agreed on work I will walk you through more in detail.
Looking forward for your resposne.
