Initial Concept Designs for improvements to hospital bed

I am looking for a designer to produce some initial design ideas for improvements to a medical bed that I working on.

I am awaiting for CAD information from the manufacturer, so the project consists of

1 - Creating a simple Cad block for the existing bed from the PDF brochure (Does not need to be detailed at this point, just enough for proof of concept)
2 - Adding some minor design improvements to the frame
3 - A concept design for a transport trolley for the bed

We Estimate the work will take around 12 hours, so please base your quote on this. If you think that the work can be done is a shorter time than this, please indicate in your response.

A photo of the bed is attached to give an idea of the item we are working on.

iF this stage is successful, there will be further work opportunity to progress the design to Detailed Design Stage.

Due to the urgent nature of the healthcare situation we require the first stage (points 1-3 above) to be completed by Monday 13th April to be included in a funding bid.

NDA will be required.
