I would like some Revit Training on a real job

I have been learning how to use Revit (Structure) through online training and know my way around the software, but would like someone to show me how it is used in a real life situation. I would like the person to have worked already in a large consultancy who can give me an idea of what level they would expect. I am an experienced structural and civil AutoCAD drafter currently working on a long term project which is only in 2D.
Over the years I have picked up things from other people and this is what I am looking for with Revit.
I can understand how it is used but I would like someone experienced to show me how they would go about setting up a job, what tips and tricks to use etc. - I have a few real life models from my dad but need a few questions answering on how they have gone about doing certain things.
We could discuss over TeamViewer / Skype software so doesn't need to be local
